[WiX-users] Setting the name of a shortcut to the name of a property

I am looking for a way to name a shortcut to that of a property name. For example if I have a secure property (in wix 3) called FOO with a value of Bar. I want the name of the shortcut to be called Bar. The following does not work as I would expect. Thoughts? ---
