[WiX-users] Multiple Languages in a Bootstrapper (3.5 Wix)

I found out when that Windows installer 3.1 only has an English version. However, .Net 40 has all languages (which I need). What is the technique to specify English for the windows 3.1 bootstrapperfile when I need a different language (like de) for my .Net BootstrapperFile? Thanks in Advance,

[WiX-users] Framework 4.0 installation using 3.5 Wix Boot strapper not creating setup.exe

My bootstrapper isn't creating a setup.exe file. Can any one assist? From my project file: ItemGroup BootstrapperFile Include=.NETFramework,Version=v4.0 ProductName.NET Framework 4.0/ProductName /BootstrapperFile BootstrapperFile Include=Microsoft.Windows.Installer.3.1
