That doesn't require UI. As I indicated last year, admin UI dialogs are
rarely requested

Not at present: The admin dialogs aren't in WixUI. We have an open
feature request on it but it comes up once or twice a year, so it hasn't
been high priority.

Using Wix V2 successfully for some time now, I came across a problem today
when a customer tried to use administrative install (msiexec /a) mode: As it
seems, this is not really supported by Mondo. What happens is the following:
- msiexec /a myinstaller.msi does nothing
- msiexec /a
