Harvesting was disabled because there were so many bugs. It's something to
look at in WiX v4.

I have used Votive some month ago to build a setup for C# Windows
application. This was using WiX 3.5 and VS2008.
Now I installed ProjectAggregator2 and WiX 3.6 on a PC where VS2005 is
installed. Now I wanted to go my first steps again... I added a project
reference to the Windows Application
