Hi,
Has anyone had any
experience with performing a major upgrade where there are multiple instances of
the target application installed. That is you have used a transform to
change the product code and installed with MSINEWINSTANCE. How can
you tell which of the installed instances is the one that should be
removed? As far as I can see, the FindRelatedProducts action will
find all existing Instances and then RemoveExistingProducts action will delete
them all, unless I override the property that holds the Products that have been
found.
