[WiX-users] Upgrade Package

I'm using WIX 3.0.3808 I'm trying to create a package such that if an older version is found, completely uninstall the older version, then install the newer version. It seems like my package is upgrading the bits fine but the old version still shows up in my add/remove programs. I'm currently
