Is it possible to configure the UI language using not locale, but the Windows UI language? Most of the examples use the locale configured, but what if they don't have the same value? Let's say I have ENGLISH as my Windows UI Language (SystemLanguageID = 1033)and my locale (Region)(UserLanguageID = 1031) is Germany.
