Yes, that would be cool and all old hand-made menus from WindowMaker/
could go away.
But we are still far away from that point (no translations were added

Three questions/suggestions:
1) Should wmaker.inst call wmgenmenu? (I still prefer the old menu though).
2) The default installation doesn't seem to set the appropriate PATH to
WPrefs in the WMRootMenu:
/usr/local/GNUstep/Applications/WPrefs.app/WPrefs
