Spicy Short Ribs (George Foreman Grill)
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Thyme
2 Large Garlic Cloves -- Minced
1/2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
2 Tbs Chili Sauce
1 1/2 Lbs Flank Steak Or London Broil
Mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak or London Broil
Pan Grilled Spicy Thai Chicken
4 broiler fryer chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped medium hot red chili peppers
1 1/2 teaspoons grated
PIZZA CHICKEN ROLL-UPS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
12 pepperoni slices
8 oz. mozzarella cheese slices, divided
1 can (15 oz.) pizza sauce
Minced fresh parsley, optional
Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. Place three slices of pepperoni and one
slice of cheese on each piece
Herbed Chicken Breast (Geo. Forman Grill)
1/2 C Sherry
3/4 C Vegetable Oil
1/2 Large Onion -- Grated
1/2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
3 Large Clove Of Garlic (Can Use Less) -- Minced
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Rosemary
1/2 Tsp Marjoram
Mix a
Orange Beans - CP
1 pound dried navy beans
6 cups water
1 onion -- chopped
1/4 cup molasses
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 orange -- sliced thin
2 teaspoons salt
1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounce
Soak beans in water overnight in the slow cooker. Do not drain. Cover and
cook on high two to three hours,
Wonder Chicken
5 chicken breasts
1 bottle Russian dressing
1/2 bottle peach jam
1 package onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms
1 red and green pepper, chopped
Bake chicken in a shallow baking dish at 300º for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix sauce with chopped vegetables. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325º

32 Med Shrimp -- Peeled
8 Fresh Mushrooms
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Med Green Pepper
1 Med Red Peppers
8 Small Onions (can use 1 large cut in pieces
8 Skewers (Wood) -- Soaked In Water
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C Olive Oil
3 Lg Cloves Garlic -- Crushed
1/8 Tsp Curry Pow
BBQ CUPS
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown meat, drain. add bbq sauce and set aside. place biscuits in ungreased
muffin cups, pressing dough up side of edge of cup. spoon meat mixture into
cups. sprinkle with cheese.
