California Chicken Cobb Sandwich
Two small loaves French bread
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast, grilled
12 pieces bacon, fried crisp
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
12 small, crisp lettuce leaves
Dressing
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 ounces gorgonzola or blue
California Chicken Salad Recipe
makes 4 servings.
3 cups Chicken breast meat, cooked, diced
2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
3 Scallions, chopped
1/3 cup Horseradish
1/3 cup Bacon sour cream dip
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
In a medium bowl, stir to
California Chicken
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
8 oz. Thousand Island Dressing
8 oz. Apricot Preserves
1 Pckg. Onion Soup Mix
1/4 cup Water
Blend together thoroughly, pour over chicken breasts. Cover with foil- bake
at 350 ยบ for 1 hour. Uncover put pineapple slices & green
pepper rings on each
