Fresh Fruit Basket with Poppy Seed Dressing
Recommended Fruit For Basket:
Watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, fresh peaches,
orange slices.
Poppy Seed Dressing:
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup vinegar
3 tbs onion juice (or grated onion)
2 cup peanut, oil
3 tbs poppy seeds
In blender or processor add sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar and mix. Add onion
juice with processor running, add oil in slow and steady stream
until thick. Stop. Add poppy seeds and process 5 seconds. Refrigerate.
