Marinated Flank Steak or London Broil (George Foreman Grill) 1/2 C Olive Oil 1 Tsp Dried Oregano 1 Tsp Thyme 2 Large Garlic Cloves -- Minced 1/2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbs Brown Sugar 2 Tbs Chili Sauce 1 1/2 Lbs Flank Steak Or London Broil Mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak or London Broil. Marinate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about one hour before cooking. Preheat grill for 5 minutes and cook approximately 5 minutes. Check after 3 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing and slice at an angle across grain, serve immediately.
