Quick Cabbage Soup 1 lb. ground sirloin 2 T. oil 2 cans (16 oz each) stewed tomatoes 10.5 oz. can beef broth 2 cups water 1 t. lemon juice 1 t. Worcestershire sauce 1 head cabbage, chopped Salt and pepper to taste In a large skillet, brown sirloin in oil; drain. In a large pot, place sirloin, tomatoes, broth, water, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Place cabbage in pot and simmer for one hour. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
