2- 10 ounce pkgs. of Frozen Spinach, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1
cup mayonaise, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and 3 eggs. Cook spinach
according to directons on package, drain and let cool.Add the rest of

Hi Jude, this one is easy and tasty can be adjusted, add chicken, turkey, etc for one dish meal.And is not expensive.

SPINACH CASSEROLE
1 box chicken or Cornbread Stove Top stuffing, mixed as directed
1 pkg. drained frozen spinach
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 beaten egg
1 tbs. grated onion
Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered for crispness
