Baseball Time Casserole Ingredients a.. 1 pound ground beef b.. 4 cups spaghetti sauce c.. 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning d.. 2 cups elbow macaroni e.. 12 ounces Velveeta cheese f.. 1 teaspoon Tabasco Directions Brown ground beef over medium heat. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef with Tony's Chachere Creole seasoning and Tabasco. Set aside. Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain, set aside. Layer macaroni, ground beef, tomato sauce and cheese, repeating until all is used. Bake until top of cheese is bubbly.
