Simple Snow Peas Stir-fry Stir-frying snow peas brings out their sweet flavour Serves 2 to 4 INGREDIENTS: 8 - 10 ounces snow peas 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil, as needed 2 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce (light or Kikkoman) PREPARATION: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the snow peas in the boiling water for about 2 minutes, until they turn a bright green. Drain the peas and rinse briefly under cold running water. Trim any loose ends. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Add the snow peas. Stir-fry briefly on medium-high heat, then add the soy sauce.
