TJ's Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie


Ingredients

  a.. 1/2 bag frozen strawberries (1lb bag) Frozen makes the smoothie cold, you 
can use 
fresh but have them chilled
  b.. 1 large banana (peeled ;)
  c.. 25-30 oz Orange Juice (More juice for thin smoothie, less juice for thick 
smoothie)
  d.. 2 tablespoons Honey


Directions

Blend on low for 30secs to a minute to break up large chunks
Switch to high for a minute to get that perfect smoothie consistancy.

You can switch out Strawberries for any fruit you prefer. Works great with 
peach, cherry, 
and pinapple.
I've also tried other juices but OJ works the best.

Makes enough for two people. Beth and I split the pitcher every morning. Enjoy!
