Maybe it's none of my business, but it sounds like you aren't an IT staff at
your employer and you are handling IT affairs? Or, if you're not a server
administrator then when are you trying to do server administrative tasks? Or
you're a quasi/unofficial-IT person working in a remote office

I've tested with 1.1.0-M22 (release 53). The dependancy error seems to be
resolved, but a more seriously one arises after removal of a certain dependent
package:

oh and guest account = nobody in the [global] section also.

see, XP/Vista/whatever is already connected to the server as a certain
username, and then you are also trying to connect as guest (but it may
not matter since wpkg is connecting as the system user and not whomever
