I have a XP and vista client configured identically. When I run the
Test Settings option on the XP client 3 of 3 tests pass, executing as
defined user, connecting to share and trying to read wpkg.js file on the
share. The vista client fails to read

This occurs on Win2k and XP
Win2k versions:
Msiexec.exe 3.1.4000.1823
Windows Installer 3.1 (KB893803)
WinXP versions:
Msiexec.exe 4.5.6001.22159
XP Sp3 with all patches up
