We do indeed have local file servers and a DFS name which points to the
appropriate local server. That's not an issue. The best solution seems to be a
way to limit concurrent downloads. I can't think of a way to do that with WPKG
right now that would take into account whether

You didn't mention what your network topology looks like, but if you have
multiple LANs with local fileservers, then the approach we use might work
for you.
We have 40 field locations each with their own LAN, fileserver, and 10 - 100
