my organization. However at the offsite level, the program still needs some

Look at the WPKG parameters. You did not specify a command. /force is
just a flag - /synchronize or /install are the commands. So use 'cscript
... /synchronize /force ...'. However there seems to be another bug left
in wpkg.js which
