The system is now that the wpkg-gp.dll running as a GPE will contact
a service and ask it to execute wpkg.js.
Would you mind checking this into a branch of you public repository at
g-code? Maybe there's help out there :)

You have to disable async startup auf script via gpo. So the user is only able
to login after all startup-scripts are finished. This also helps you with the
vista/ win7 boxing problem.
