Hi, The link I gave discusses screereaders and seems to suggest that screenreaders use the title attribute of the frames rather than the title tag within the head section of the frame contents. Since the article specifically relates to screenreaders and their accessibility problems with frames

Try getting rid of the comments in your source code. I've not had chance to investigate your code thoroughly but that's usually what causes the duplicate character bug. I'm sure that there are other fixes for it but I personally find that if you've structured your markup correctly, indented

I would say sub titles for sure. I found 2 players that are excellent for this, the open source player by http://www.jeroenwijering.com using SWFObject embed and javascript php player http://www.rich-media-project.com/ There's probably others I am sure but these are excellent/ easy to add
