[wsjt-devel] WSJT-X v1.40-rc2

2014-10-02 Thread Andy Nunn
I don't know exactly where to send this so I am using the dev email address. I just down loaded and tried to use this rc to no avail. Presently I am using WSJT-X v1.3, r3673. and it is working perfectly with the latest version of JT-Alerts. I use WSJT-X with DXLabs Commander. The configuration

This is the 2nd report of comm problems., isn't it? hamlib3 being statically linked in now whereas WXJTX 1.3 used hamlib2 ? Could there be a bug in hamlib3? Are you sure you're pushing enough power to the Signalink to trigger it? You can use the VOX on the signalink to do PTT assuming you've

Re: [wsjt-devel] wsjt-x html manual date

2014-10-02 Thread Alessandro Gorobey
Hi all, I respond to myself. When I compile a debug, release or package wsjtx the manual used is downloaded from WSJT main page, not from C:/JTSDK-DOC/doc/wsjtx. If wsjtx-main.html is present it is NOT downloaded. Manually remove it from the build directory, eg.:

Thanks, Sandro! Probably the script(s) should be modified so that the local copy of wsjtx-main.html is always deleted and a new copy is downloaded. Please join the wsjt-devel mailing list -- otherwise your posts will always require administrator approval. -- Joe, K1JT On 10/2/2014

HI Joe, Sandro, I think this is normal behavior for Cmake, much the same as make would do if there's nothing to do. I doubt that Cmake checks the date-time tag of the file, rather, if the file is present, no reason to download it again. Baring in mind, when a Release package it built, it is

[wsjt-devel] Dev-Guide Update (Input Needed)

2014-10-02 Thread KI7MT
Hello All, I've purposely been holding off on updating the Dev-Guide (which is dire need of attention!) until we had a build system in place and run through the mill to flush out major issues. If there's things needing attention in the build systems, please let me know and I can work on getting

[wsjt-devel] Issue with the DXLAB Commander
