improve the audio being fed to WSJTX via Pulseaudio. Trying different
resample methods used by Pulseaudio.
It was my understanding that in the Linux environment, WSJTX required

Decoding speed (measured by the time the blue background stays on) is
strongly dependent on the data being decoded.
If you find significant changes over time for decoding *identical* data
-- say, data in a recorded *.wav file -- I would take the report
seriously enough to investigate
It does not appear to speed up when restarting the program. It has gotten
slower since when I first installed it over time.
