Hello All, During the release of WSJTX-1.5-RC1, I missed the commits from Joe and Bill that changed the WSJTX (devel) & (exp) branch and version numbers. As a result, the output directories and some (most) of the on screen messaging was wrong for WSJTX builds. I believe both systems sorted out

Hi All, just to clarify a bit. I think Greg is referring to v1.6 as Joe's experimental branch and v1.5 as development. That is old news as of Yesterday ;) We have branched v1.5 which is now frozen for enhancements and out for beta testers to try and break it. The development branch ^/branches

Hi Gents, I appear to have a problem with this latest version regarding the PTT. I don't have any! I am not using CAT control. The transceiver uses a hard-wired PTT from the RTS pins to a real com port i.e. no USB adapters My PTT settings have worked on all previous versions (1.4, 1.5 and 1.6)

Hello Joe, It would be quite nice to have WSPR integrated in WSJT-X. However, I think we should try to preserve modularity as much as possible (high cohesion and low coupling in Object Oriented Programming semantics). Separating the GUI from the audio threads, rig control and the various decoders.

Hi Joe, FWIW, I think this is a good Idea. I addition to the Hamlib updates, I would think the Qt Audio subsystem would also be of benefit. I like Python, but keeping the tool-chains and frameworks similar would surely be a plus and may even draw more developers to the project(s). There seems
