1. Cheap: WWV (free) Set manually. It's easy to get within 1 second. 2. BktTimeSync (free and will use either internet or gps) 3. Meinberg (free) 4. Dimension4 (free) All work . I have used 2 and 4 and they are both terrific. Lastly, the timing requirement has been relaxed a bit, about 2 seconds
