On my FTdx 5000 I never took much notice of it but I think the VFO-B frequency for transmit was 0.5 kHz above the receive frequency (i.e. 14.074.5). I am now setting up another radio (an FTdx 1200) which does not have truly separate VFOs and I notice it wants to shift the transmit frequency DO
