Did you put a callsign in the DX Call box? And did you reset your frequencies
so that 14.078 is a valid choice?
Enable TX is working for me with that exact same setup.

I only needed to close the application and relaunch after making the changes
after the download/installation/overwrite of my previous 1.9.2-devel. This
might still be considered a minor bug, however. Win10Pro/1803.

That said, many antivirus programs will be triggered on Ham Radio
programs as they are not in 'wide spread' use, and are not in their
lists of authenticated programs.

With cat control working well I find myself on 6m/4m/2m switching quickly
between FT8 and MSK144 to check for activity.
If I set up multiple configurations that is approx six different configuration
options - as the config option can get ‘messed up’ if any changes
First thing I noticed was that when using the "RR73" in TX4 on 7.078 using
2.0, I haven't once had to repeat that part of the sequence in a couple
dozen contacts. What a remarkable difference!

I installed WSJT-x 2.0.0-rc1 on my Windows 10 desktop this evening. Opened
two instances of the program - main program on my Icom, 2nd instance on my
Kenwood. Ran older version FT8 on both instances and made a few contacts.
Icom on was 14.074 MHz
