As a KH6 who operates most of the time in W1, I use a W1/ prefix in FT8, otherwise I show up (incorrectly) in the scrolling list of stations as “Hawaii”. Even though I specify my call as W1/KH6HZ, at least 20% of my contacts are not logged, the W1 gets dropped by the remote station, so I get
