Couple of thoughts #1 Why are two instances being run?  What's the use case?#2 What rig selection are you using?  Should be either Flex or PowerSDR. #3 You might have more success running FLRig and connecting both WSJT-X instances to the one FLRig...that way you end up with just 1 program ac
