In testing my interface to WSJT-X and letting WSJT-X run for a while on
8/22/2022 I found a rather unusual occurrence where WSJT-X decoded and recorded
the same message twice. I Attached a csv file that I extracted from the all.txt

I submitted this bug report several days ago and it seems to have gotten no
traction at all. It concerns miscommunication between WSJT-X RC2 and RC3 and
