I have been running RC4 since just after release.  I have been able to reproduce the same problem as RC3 regarding changing modes fromJT9-G Fast to Q65-30a.  When making this mode change the Q65 decoder often fails to start, that is, the DECODE button will not light orflash quickly and signals w
