For buster, use the Debian 11 script for now. Working on perfecting a
Debian 10 (Buster) script maybe next weekend. I tried to use the most
generic names for the libraries, so the 11 script should run. You can
comment out the CQRLog section to save time and space if you are not
building
I have not been able to install the rc5 package on either of my Pis. As
with previous version of WSJT-x, I extract the 'wsprd' and 'jt9' binaries
from the package but jt9 apparently depends upon a newer version of
libgfortran which I can't find in the repository
