For what it's worth, I am experiencing this issue as well since upgrading
to Sequoia. I'm using an IC-735 attached with an xggcoms USB-Digimode-4. I
am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an M1 Max chip. I found this thread over
the weekend while compiling a bug report, but didn't send it since the

Hi Arkadiusz,
Thanks for your helpful bug report. I have removed this line. Also from
my point of view, it makes little sense and is even risky under certain
circumstances.
