I tested the new vn of hamlib on my IC7100 and attached is the syslog file.
It still shows the VFO B error and it now shows a file not found error.

I just installed 2.5.4 and when I opened it everything seems to work OK

I updated to this version from vn 2.5.0 and am back to seeing the hamlib
error unknown vfo found. I did not get this with vn 2.5.0.

Bill, I did not leave a space between the class and section. I went back
and entered it with the space and it worked. Thanks for the heads up on the

I installed RC 4 and when I went to use it I noticed that the auto seq
is not set on. I set it to on and then made a few FT8 contacts. Then I

In vn 1.91 auto seq is checked when the program starts but in vn 2.0 RC
4 it is not checked when the program starts.
You have to remember to check it manually. Why the change?

I also followed Bill's solution by downloading the Open ssl files and
installing them as suggested and the problem is solved here. I run W10
pro 64 bit.

My call sign is AF4FA and I am using the vn 2.0 RC1 of the program and when I
set the encode and decode to 77 bit
messages I only see the calsign of the responding station to my CQ. I was also
told that they only see my callsign also.
When I reset the program to not encode and decode 77 bit me
