~97%.
Not sure what else to try, but this appears to be new behaviour with
this release.

I have just noticed something that appears to be a WSJTX bug when in
WSPR mode.
The progress bar at the bottom right is normally fairly small taking
up about 1/4 of the window width, however when the timer reaches
114/120 and decode shows the pale blue button the progress bar expands
to well over
