I have been using WSJT-X v2.7.0-rc6 for a few weeks and have found it to
be stable and predictable.
I have a configuration file for Regular Fox mode and another for Super
Fox mode. Changing from one configuration
to another causes the program to exit and restart itself in the selected
mode.

I think I have found the source :
file>settings>advanced PACC is in the contest name box
I removed the PACC from the box and restarted WSJT-X. PACC was in the
box after I restarted.
I also unchecked CQ with individual contest name.
Now the PACC is not included in the TX6 value
