If you're still having problems getting the correct build remove the
devel directory completely and rebuild.
That fixed it for me.

qt52 should work too but qt55 is the current target.
qt52 seems to work though on XP whereas qt55 doesn't.

the new windows installer file into the expected location. They ended up
at,
"C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\devel\qt52\1.7.0\Release\build\wsjtx-1.7.0-rc1-win32.exe".
Check there, or someplace similar, and
sages.
