Thanks for getting back to me.
When I (and presumably others) want to re-load the wsjtx_log.adi file, will
a quick F2 and Enter reload the file without having to also toggle the new
button on the "Settings->Colors" panel (as long as it was checked
previously)?

For those of us wanting to import ADIF files from other sources into WSJT-X,
this feature, documented in the most-recent released user guide, is not
working in RC5:
". turning Show DXCC entity and worked before status off and then on again
will cause WSJT-X to re-read the log file."
