Mike and Joe, I see CQ 000 for some of the same stations that Mike reported: IW1ARK, VA3MJR, GW3UOF for example. ALL.TXT goes back to Oct 14. First occurrence of CQ 000 on Feb 4. All CQ 000 are for JT65 decodes - none seen for JT9 but there are many fewer JT9 decodes compared to JT65.
