Your screenshots only show part of a few lines of the error message, and it’s
not enough to be able to tell what’s going on. You’ll need to copy the *entire*
contents of the error box and paste that into a message.

Two things would help us to diagnose the problem. Next time that the error
occurs please (i) click the “Show Details…” button and copy the detailed error
message and send it to the list, and (ii) send us a saved .wav file that
