We're approaching 850 logs received for the FT8 Roundup that ended less than
24 hours ago. A number of logs have come in without RSTs in the QSO lines,
mostly just the sent RST. The Cabrillo files are said to have been created
by WSJT-X 1.0, rc5.

I was caught early on in the contest with this problem. If the user was
using TAB 2 then the sent RST and exchange was not filled in. I had to
manually fill in the sent RST and my sent exchange with every QSO or it
will save as empty. If they didn't notice the empty fields then they got
