Looks like QT 5.5 wasn't necessary after all to do this.  But I can't
figure out how to select the audio device so the selector is disabled and
the tooltip warns about using the same card as the radio.

The attached patch plus the following WAV files put in a "sounds" directory
at the WSJT-X level (alongside bin & plugins) is where I chose to put the
WAV files.

By default this is NOT enabled.  It also does not give any errors trying to
play a bad wav file.  That's what the "Test" button is for.  That way
clearing a filename is one way to shut up any one message that you don't
want.  Could, of course, change that to separate checkboxes for each if
someone deems that more appropriate (perhaps it's more intuitive that way).

It defaults to the female voices (which works better for my ears).
