What and where did you pull the source code from to build the Docs ?
At present, there is only one build docs in JTSDK (Win or Linux). YOu
must first checkout the documentation source tree from the WSJT
repositopry to get the doc sources and the build script.

error, "bash: ./build-doc.sh: No such file or directory".
