A friend was recording the FMT test last night and WSJT-X deleted a file when
it shouldn't have.Currently the time to delete is set up and the m_saveAll is
not checked until the timer fires.
This patch changes that behavior so that the timer is not fired at all when
m_saveAll is selected. Thtis way once the file is written it will stay even if
you switch back to "None".
