Hmmm..wonder why you have that problem and nobody else that I've helped (well
over 500 operators) has had that problem.
As long you don't have your rig audio set as default WSJT-X should be just fine
with plug/unplug of audio devices.

I don't know how much of this is windows vs WSJT-X...
Assuming the WSJT-X has a properly configured output sound device and
verified working on TX...
1) If the default windows sound device is changed after WSJT-X is
started then there is no TX stream on TX until A) WSJT-X is restarted or
