Here's a patch which updates the tooltips and the clock/freq background.Only
one tooltip is longer than 2 lines now which is the power meter and put some
emphasis on it to hopefully prompt people to read the docs to set their audio
level correctly.
Added some border/rounding to soften the clock and freq labels....the plain
border always bothered me and looks better this way.
