After RU time, I responded to a few RU calls while in normal FT8 mode. Got message "Do you want to switch to Contest mode”. Dismissing the message box with an “OK”, a close (upper right X) or “close” did not seem to make any difference in operation. I expected OK might switch modes. Don’t know if this is what should happen, but did not have any crash on my end. I completed one QSO of the few I tried so that person, at least, did not seem to have a crash.
