The WSJT-X 2.3.0-rc's introduced a new outgoing interface selector for
multicast UDP (Reporting tab of the WSJT-X Settings). You need to have a
loopback interface selected and then tell JTAlert that your using UDP
Multicast on the Loopback via the "Settings" menu , top most entry. This
